Working closely

DBE Services works closely with the Diocesan Boards of Education in Birmingham, Blackburn, Carlisle, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and York to support the effective use of School Capital Allocation Funding (SCA) funding to its Voluntary Aided (VA) Church of England Schools.

Our Services

DBE Services provides the framework through which consultants support the schools, and we provide advice, guidance and assurance to schools throughout the process, and assist Boards of Education with the financial management of the projects.  We are happy to provide this service to other Diocese too. Capital Buildings Consultant
