Each term our Head of School Improvement, Paul Duckworth, presents a 1/2-day update session for senior leaders; aiming to inform, update and inspire primary headteachers and deputy/assistant headteachers. The sessions include:
– recent updates & matters of the moment including statutory guidance/requirements
– developments in safeguarding, SEND, wellbeing and educational research
– recent inspection findings/changes
– a focus on an area of the primary curriculum; the latest research and guidance
– a focus on leadership development; including a recent leadership book and leadership ‘food for thought’
– in-person sessions – an opportunity to meet and network with other leaders
These sessions are now available both online via ZOOM and in person at venues in different geographical areas.
