On the day
This session will help you become a better problem solver or should we say a better problem cleaner. When you find yourself stuck with a problem, it is often the frame through which we view the problem that causes us to get stuck. This frame is often filtered with our biases, experiences, preferences, and values of what ’should’ be happening. On occasions, this method will work, but if you are stuck, the one thing we know for sure is that you have the wrong frame around the problem. We will teach you a series of mini-thought experiments that can be used anytime and anywhere. These are designed to help you untangle from the current frame you have and help you to see the world more cleanly. Once you have a better frame around the problem, you can then think about solving the problem.
You will find that with a new frame, the options available to you become more obvious which in turn helps to collapse the problem into something in which you can take immediate action.
