Writing an executive summary of your school self-evaluation… a full day for senior leaders

The session will cover…

• Things to consider linked to the new Ofsted framework/toolkit
• Guidance on making the links between succinct  self-evaluation and school improvement priorities
• A format for compiling a short, concise summary to share with staff, governors and other partners and ensure a shared language around current school effectiveness…to ‘celebrate, validate and highlight’ with Ofsted
• Time to draft sections of your executive summary with coaching support from advisers

Delegate charge:

£175 per delegate for SLA schools

£125 per second delegate for SLA schools

£190 per delegate for non-SLA schools

Includes buffet lunch, refreshments throughout the day and free onsite parking.
